Mushroom inhibitors of dopa oxidation.

Two low molecular weight (about 1000) peptide inhibitors of dopa oxidation, purified by Sephadex chromatography, have been demonstrated electrophoretically in a preparation from the field mushroom, Agaricus hortensis.
