Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction is one of the most common orthopaedic procedures in which high expertise is required to achieve correct position of the drill tunnels. The most common reason for inferior results is malposition of drill tunnels. Computer assisted surgery (CAS) is a method by which the precision of the technique can be improved. CAS is also a useful investigational tool in reseach and it can be utilized in teaching. follow-up of our patients and wait for additional data from on-going RCTs.
