Processor cascading method and system

The invention discloses a processor cascading method and system. The method includes the steps that the cascading mode and cascading slot position numbers of processors are configured according to processor cascading requirements; cascading cables, cascading output plates and cascading input plates of the processors are set through DVI wires, processing plates of DVIs and collecting plates of the DVIs of the processors in cooperation with the cascading mode; cascading is carried out on the processors through the cascading cables, the cascading output plates and the cascading input plates according to the cascading mode and the cascading slot position numbers. According to the cascading method and system, under the condition that no special cascading plate is provided, cascading of the processors is achieved through the DVI wires and slot position resources of the collecting plates and the processing plates of the system, development cost is reduced, and the cascading method and system are suitable for application.
