The Aero-Elastic Characteristic of the Low Speed Spinning Ballistic Missile and its Stability Design

Spinning is a new kind of method for ballistic missile puncture.In order to survive from laser's attacking,ballistic missile can spin to reduce the dwell time of a beam on a particular point on its surface during the first boosting phase.If the missile is spinning,its aero-elastic characteristic will change greatly,and the prominent change is that the frequencies of bending vibration decrease in value by spinning speed.On the other hand,the elasticity signals are modulated by the measurement and control components of rigid body.Because the spinning speed of the missile cannot be keep absolute constant in flight,the filter network with time-varying parameters will be applied to adapt the change of vibration frequency.
