Model of quick researching and manufacturing system based on queuing networks

Quick researching and management system(QRMS) use advanced theories and technologies in manufacturing and management.Due to its huge expense,people pay more and more attention to QRMS's modeling and simulation that was become the bottleneck in efficiency of QRMS.In this paper,we build a queuing network model for QRMS,which compound description method of design structure matrix(DSM).QRMS was analyzed and explained based on opened Markov queuing networks.First we gave a method for compute work times based on DSM.Second,Jackson theorem for opened Markov queuing network was used to evaluate QRMS processes.Last,an example of 5-phased QRMS is given and the total time consumed and the bottleneck in ability of QRMS is also given.As is proved,the model is efficient and scientific,which might be widely used in analysis and practical application in QRMS.
