Infrared video enhancement system design and implementation using FPGA components

Infrared imaging systems often suffer from problems of low image quality that limit the overall performance of the system. This paper describes the design and implementation of an infrared video enhancement system using FPGA technology, which provides re-configurability bringing flexibility and universality to the system.
