STS304의 엔드밀 가공시 실험계획법을 이용한 주축진동의 수학적 모형 추정

End-milling have been used widely in industrial system because it is effective to a material manufacturing with various shape. Accordingly to select the best cutting condition on considering various working factors like spindle speed, feed rate and depth of cut in end-milling high-speed working accurate analysts on influence of spindle vibration is gamed. In this study, analysis of working factor by analysis of variance and analysis of influence of accurate working factor by Taguchi method and mathematical model on correlation of working factor on various cutting condition by analysis of multiple linear regression is studied The results shown that, regression equation as mathematical model for vibration acceleration of spindle m end-milling by regression analysis is constructed
