A fuzzy PROMETHEE II method for the selection of reverse logistics provider

Reverse logistics focuses on the backward flow of materials from customer to supplier (or alternate disposition) with the goals of maximising value from the returned item or minimising the total reverse logistics cost. Reverse logistics is practiced in many industries like steel, aircraft, computers, photo-copiers, automobiles, plastics, carpets, paper, chemicals, appliances and medical items. In this study, a multi-criteria decision making method in fuzzy environment is developed to guide the selection process of best reverse logistics provider.
