Prototype of the Supply Chain Management System Using the RFID-based Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method

Warehousing is an activity to store the stock of goods to be sold to consumers. However, in warehousing activities, there is often a shortage of supplies in warehouses or goods piled up in warehouses that are too long so that this can be detrimental to the company because the system of estimating the addition of goods is still manually done by humans. In this study, using RFID technology in the detection and identification system for several types of goods, the type and amount of goods entering and leaving the warehouse will be known in 1 supply period. RFID Reader will read the data onto each Tag on the item for detection. Then the data from RFID detection of tags for each type of item will be known the type and amount of goods entering and leaving, after that, the final inventory in the warehouse for 1 supply period. From the results of testing on one type of goods obtained the number of items coming out = 18 boxes and the number of ending inventory = 22 boxes, then by running the supply chain control system using Fuzzy Tsukamoto method, obtained the number of items added by 24.57 boxes, with this proven system Supply chain control with the Tsukamoto Fuzzy method can be applied in estimating the addition of goods.
