A multicast broadband packet switch

A multicast broadband packet switch architecture is proposed. It has the following attractive features: little extra cost compared to a unicast switch, fast packet duplication, and easy addition and deletion of calling parties. A simulation study of this multicast system is presented to verify its performance. >
