The determination of energy losses of nitrogen ions from the backscattering spectra

Abstract A method proposed earlier to determine the energy losses from the spectrum of particles scattered by a thick target is used to find the energy losses of N ions in Ti, Ge, Ni, Ag, Au and W in the energy region 1.0  EN  7.4 MeV.
