A cranio-facial approach to large osteomas of the fronto-ethmoidal region

Une bonne exposition est necessaire pour realiser une resection correcte et eviter les complications, mais cependant une deformation esthetique minimale est souhaitable. On decrit un abord cranio-facial d'un volumineux osteome du complexe fronto-ethmoidal qui realise ces conditions
