A new linearity improvement technique is proposed to implement a single-ended Gm-C band-pass filter in small input signal. By adding amplifiers and recovery circuit on input/output of Gm-C band-pass filter, using Variable Gain Amplifier and peak detector, improving linearity in small input signal. Proposed band-pass filter structure can maintain linearity at 0.8mVpp input signal range. This band-pass filter was implemented with a 0.5um CMOS technology. Working at center frequency of 1MHz and Q-factor was 11 at 5V supply voltage.
