Design of Spatial Power Combining Circuit Using Taper Waveguide for High-Power Generation in Terahertz Band

In recent years, terahertz wave applications has attracted attention. They are expected to be applied to high-speed large-capacity communication systems. However, it is difficult to oscillate high power because wireless device technology in the terahertz band is still on the way. High-power source can be obtained by combining signals from multiple oscillators efficiently. In this paper, we designed the spatial power combining circuit using taper waveguide in terahertz band to increase generation power.
