Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge arch rib capable of avoiding uncompacted pouring of concrete at top

A concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge arch rib capable of avoiding uncompacted pouring of concrete at the top comprises a steel tube, a concrete core, a plurality of shear keys, a grouting pipe and a one-way throttle valve. The plurality of shear keys are arranged on the inner surface of the top portion of the steel tube along the direction of the arc length of the steel tube. The grouting pipe is fixed on the plurality of shear keys. The outer end of the grouting pipe is placed on the outer side of one end of the steel tube, and the inner end of the grouting pipe is placed on the middle portion of the top end of the arch rib. The one-way throttle valve is arranged at the inner end of the grouting pipe. The concrete core is formed by setting of the concrete which is poured into the steel tube. According to the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge arch rib capable of avoiding uncompacted pouring of the concrete at the top, the plurality of shear keys are arranged on the inner surface of the top end of the steel tube are used, and meanwhile the grouting pipe is arranged on the plurality of shear keys, the method that the grouting pipe is used to inject cement paste into the steel tube is used for filling of a gap which is formed on the middle portion of the top end of the arch rib when the concrete is poured, and accordingly the steel tube and the concrete can be combined well and stressed together, and therefore the mechanical property of the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge arch rib is improved, and the potential safety hazards of an arch rib part of a concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge are removed.
