주거공간디자인을 위한 신소재 기준 설정에 관한 기초 연구

Recently, due to the economic woes and the competition between facilities, there have been a trend for high class materials. Because of this, the finishing materials of the interior is an important factor. Also, there is a trend for “well-being” which people want materials that are environmentally friendly and that are beneficial to their health. There have been an increase in consumer consumption and also there have been an increase in the variety of tastes of how they want to personalize their space. I view this as a way of understanding this trend and using the finishing materials to their advantage. By introducing new materials I view it has a way to differentiate between peoples tastes and customize a consumer’s need in where they reside. However, the truth is that the variety of materials that are used is not used affectivity and is at a shortage due to the lack of expertise in the area. Therefore I propose that we need to have more research in the residential design materials and make it a important factor in how we view the standard for new materials. Looking at the characteristics of the residing design and look at the new materials. And with the precedence study of the residing design we need to have a standard to pick out the new materials. The new materials need to be environmentally friendly, have good design, be useful, and be economical. We look at these factors to decide what material to input. After the research, use it as a basis for make the finishing materials, and it is important so we can use it as a standard and a guideline for further study.
