국제적 인증을 위한 수평축 풍력발전용 복합재 블레이드의 설계 개선

The load case specified on the international design standard IEC1400-1 and the GL regulation for the WECS design was composed of combinations of both the external conditions and the operational conditions. Therefore, the load conditions are divided into the normal load conditions, the extreme load conditions and the special load conditions by these combinations. Among these load conditions the normal load conditions and the extreme load conditions were considered through the preliminary design and the detail design in the previous study. Thus, in this study the structural analysis was carried out with the finite element method for the special load conditions, which werent considered in the preliminary design and the detail design. These analyses are thermal stress analysis, the safety analysis in case of ice formation and dynamic analysis both in a sudden stop of the wind generator and at an increase of the extreme wind speed. According to the analysis results the structural safety of the design requirement was satisfied.
