Recovery Rate Prediction Model of Flotation Process Based on Grey Compensation

To the mineral flotation process,the kinetic model of pulp is established.By using the GM(1,1)in grey theory,the deviation compensation model is developed on the basis of kinetic model.The next deviation between practical and predicted recovery rates is predicted by using the former deviation,which is added to the recovery rate computed by kinetic model.Then the mechanism model based on kinetic theory is compensated and an integration model is built.This model can predict the recovery rate of flotation through simulation and the purpose is satisfied.
