Reception and management of PSI/SI in terrestrial digital TV STB system

This paper introduces the elements and functions of Programme Specific Information and Sevice Information,and mainly describes the principle of the transport stream demultiplexing and the management of the program information in database module,which in detail refers to the explanation of the transport stream demultiplexing based on the chip of STi5105,the interactive relationship between demultiplexing module and the program information database module,and the one between the user's input operation module and the program information database module.
