Sequencing ideas into innovations through pure thought

I propose a model for sequencing ideas into innovations where there are two types of ideas. Primitive ideas are of a more basic nature, but are necessary before higher ideas can be attempted. Thus the model assumes a pyramidal structure driven by two factors: the resources available and the extent to which primitive ideas are completed. The model enables focusing on an essential aspect of innovation — as a process based purely on thoughtful sequencing of ideas. I also examine the notion of targeting a feasible innovation within finite time.
