Voltage stabilizing circuit and display device

The invention provides a voltage stabilizing circuit and a display device. The voltage stabilizing circuit comprises an input end, a driving voltage output end, a sampling unit, a reference voltage supplying unit, a comparing amplifying unit and an adjusting unit; the sampling unit is connected with the driving voltage output end and used for sampling in preset voltage distribution proportion and driving voltage as well as transmitting the obtained error voltage to the comparing amplifying unit; the reference voltage supply unit is used for supplying reference voltage to the comparing amplifying unit; the comparing amplifying unit is used for amplifying the difference between the error voltage and the reference voltage so as to obtain adjusting voltage; the adjusting unit is connected with the input end and used for adjusting the driving current which is output to the driving voltage output end according to the adjusting voltage so as to adjust the driving voltage. The voltage stabilizing circuit is simple in structure, high in stability, convenient and flexible to adjust output voltage, and suitable for different requirements of various circuits on driving voltage.
