This paper introduce a scheme of high-speed data storage system by FPGA.This system can manage four hard disks which according to the standard of ATA-6 and being configured in RAID 0 by FPGA,cooperating with four SDRAM,this system can save the data fleetly and steadily.This system can use four IDE hard disks,the averaging saving-speed can reach to 200MB/s and the burst saving-speed can reach to 800MB/s.It can be expand with more hard disks to constitutes of a bigger system.
