Computational efficiency of modified DFT polyphase filter banks

In this paper, the so-called modified DFT polyphase filter bank is introduced. Main purpose of the paper is a comparison between the computational efficiency of some versions of the modified DFT polyphase filter bank and that of the well-known cosine-modulated filter bank. Additionally, some remarkable differences between both filter bank types are discussed.<<ETX>>
