The invention discloses a method of a wireless frame up and down time slot distribution in a time division duplexing mobile communication system, wherein 10 ms is a period, each time slot in the period is ensured as an up transmitting time slot or a down transmitting time slot, up or downtransmission is completed in corresponding time slot. The invention also discloses a device of a wireless frame up and down time slot distribution in a time division duplexing mobile communication system, according to the method and the device of the invention , scale types of the time slot is enriched, causing the scale adjustment of the time slot to be more agile and precise.
