Abstract In this research, we has been trying to suggest how to reduce both the factors behind an accident and the damages caused by all kinds of accidents which might take place in Chemical Process, in other words, by using a number of data in Process such as material, operation condition, flow rate, failure rate, we suggest an algorithm to decide ranking about degree of danger per device in Process. Ultimately we can obtain the hazard ranking of all devices in Process by an algorithm above mentioned. The risk ranking getting through qualitative method will be able to contribute to the following field. Firstly, it uses for mending and maintenance in real industrial field. Secondly, suggesting several ways to distinguish the initial hazard devices from all devices in Process in order to estimate both qualitative and quantitative hazard evaluation in itself industrial facilities. Thirdly, reducing the total performance evaluating time as providing the right guideline for distinguishes risk. And finally contributing to establish the foundation of the risk management system, that is MESA (Multi-distinction Equipment Screening Algorithm), which should be able to reduce the danger to a minimum in artificial disaster and a natural calamity.
