HONOURABLE MENTION/MENTION HONORABLE:: MEASUREMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESS ORIENTATION AND ITS CORRELATION WITH ENTERPRISE SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION

The literature shows that little work has been done to provide measurement systems for assessing business process orientation (BPO) in organizations. Moreover, there exists a gap in the literature about the relationship between the level of BPO and enterprise system (ES) implementation. The present study develops a measurement system for assessing the level of BPO in organizations, and measures the correlation of BPO and different dimensions of ES implementation.
