The unique reliable identity system of enabling lightweight device management in NMS mechanism for the U-IoT

The Unique Reliable Identifier is increasingly becoming popular in the IoT world and consistency of the communication process in Network Management System (NMS). Likely, the NMS enabler should support Management Object (MO) and Object ID (OID) for the constrained or unconstrained network. Objects are able to choose suitable identity uniqueness which deploys the current technology of management system. Truly, the legacy NMS can dominate extensively terrestrial communication devices as well. However, growing number of smart devices and widely enhancing Internet of Things (IoT) nodes need to adjust uniqueness in the constrained management system. In this paper, the main focus concerning on Unique ID for Management Object and regulation MIB storage in Underwater-IoT (U-IoT). Generation steps are analyzing constrained devices and Objects uniqueness, MIB structure inside of the IoT and U-IoT. The U-IoT may support Service Discovery, Device discovery and register of the underwater devices. Our main goal is how to calculate the dynamic changing number of the device in the system and keep standard balance uniqueness in the NMS.
