The Construction of Emergency Linkage System for Environmental Emergencies

In view of the current weakness of emergency response to environmental emergencies,the organizational system,function features,key technology and organization operation flow of emergency response system for environmental emergencies are discussed based on linkage mechanism. This system,integrated by communications,command and scheduling,is a highly intelligent one due to adopting modern information technology. This study makes the environment emergency response work more scientific,systematic and standardized.
