Research on the carrying capacity of intercity dedicated railway for passenger

According to the characteristics of intercity dedicated passenger railway organizing the train of stopping station by station and the train of stopping large station ,carrying capacity was determined ,which was based on given the quantity of the train of stopping large station. When various train have difference of speed and stops ,the capacity is discounted .So discounted coefficients of train and train sections are introduced .In order to ensure accuracy of discounted coefficient, an probability analysis is made of various trains distributing .Finally ,an algorithm and the formula for carrying capacity calculating are proposed .The accuracy of calculation is verified with an example and train diagram by computer.
