Evaluate Infrastructure System Sustainability Based on Matter-element Analysis Method

Infrastructure should provide continuously and effectively the function which met the overall development of city in economic,social and ecological field.Evaluation of infrastructure system sustainability is the basic condition for the research of sustainable development of civil infrastructure system.Based on matter element analysis method,the model for comprehensive evaluating infrastructure system sustainability is built up.Firstly,by analyzing the connotation of infrastructure macro-sustainability,a framework of practical and workable assessment indication system is constituted based on the pressure-state-response(PSR) conception model.Then,the grade of the infrastructure system sustainability,the evaluating indexes and its eigenvalue are made as matter elements,after normalizing the evaluate standard and data,the sutra field and controlled field,and weight coefficient and relating degree are obtained.A process of application of this method by an evaluation example was demonstrated which proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the matter element analysis method.The scientific evaluation of sustainable infrastructure based on matter-element analysis provides a decision-making basis for infrastructure planning,construction,operation,maintenance and renovation.
