Are topics arranged in a meaningful sequence? Are functions and commands named and referred to in a logical manner ? Is an index provided that interprets possible error messages? 3. Is there a telephone support line? Is it toll-free? Is it available 24 hours? Is it really possible to get through, or is the line always busy? 4. Are owners notified of upgrades? Are the upgrades made available to users before or at the time of their market introduction? Is the cost reasonable?
