Individuality service of library in the network environment

Individuality service offers information to different readers.It is a new direction to provide individual service with net works for the improvement of library productivity. The author offered some ways and measures for the service,such as setting up service organizations;developing the service system of individuals and the system of interacting function;providing call on services, further information introduction services,subiect retrieval services and information medium services,et cetera.
