Application of Lean logistics in the Process of Sedan Production in the 1st Automobile Manufacturing Group

The paper introduces briefly the connotation and principle of SPS (Set Parts Supply), describes how the 1st Automobile Manufacturing Group to promote the SPS mode and its effect and considers that in the light of the complex automobile logistics with multi-item mixed flow, lean logistics is an effective way and the SPS mode should be promoted.
