Synchronous block for controlling delay of down-link signal in mobile communication base station and the method for providing synchronous signal thereof

A synchronous block for controlling forward signal delay in a mobile communication base station and a synchronous signal supply method for controlling the forward signal delay in the base station are provided to allow the synchronous block to transmit the second frame synchronous signal for compensating delay to a modem, thus a complex operation due to a time advance function does not have to be performed when the modem is developed. A synchronization generator(211a) generates the first frame synchronous signal identical with frame synchronization of a forward signal, and sends the generated frame synchronous signal to a delayer and RF(Radio Frequency) block(214). A time advance unit(211b) generates the second frame synchronous signal by advancing the first frame synchronous signal outputted from the synchronization generator(211a) for a certain time, and sends the second frame synchronous signal to a modem(212).
