Usb device having single port capable of operating in the manner of dual interface

A single port USB device operated in a dual interface mode is provided to realize the dual interface mode with a single port by supporting both USB2.0 and IC-USB in the single port. The first and second transceiver(212,222) is respectively connected to the first and second data I/O(Input/Output) pad(210,220), and transceives a signal in the first USB interface mode. The third and fourth transceiver(214,224) is respectively connected to the first and second data I/O pads, and transceives the signal in the second USB interface mode. A voltage detector(240) detects whether power voltage received through a power pad(230) is higher than a reference voltage. An interface controller(252) is operated in response to the received power voltage, and controls the first/second transceiver or the third/fourth transceiver by one of the first and second USB interface mode. The interface controller includes the first switch(216) connected to the first and third transceiver, the second switch(226) connected to the second and fourth transceiver, and a controller(250) processing the data transceived through the first and second switch in response to a detection result.
