Empirical Research on Innovation Effects of University Industry Collative Innovation Based on Propensity Score Matching Method

Focus on the 'cause and effect' problem in the evaluation of policy effects of university industry cooperation innovation,this paper,by employing the econometrics non-parametric propensity score matching method,assessed the policy effects of university industry cooperation on enterprise innovation performance,using the data of university industry cooperation plan by Guangdong province.The empirical results indicate that innovation performance and enterprise's characteristics were significant different between involved and not involved enterprises.Also,it turns out that university industry cooperation has significant positive effects on the proportion of new products sales,and has positive but no-significant effects on granted patent,by eliminating selection bias and confounding bias.
