NUMERICAL PREDICTION OF BLAST EFFECTS CAUSED BY LARGE-SCALE EXPLOSION OF LOX/LNG FUEL

SUMMARY In this study we propose a quantitative prediction of blast wave properties caused by a large-scale accidental explosion of a huge quantity of LOX/LNG fuel at more than 1 kilometer from the explosion point. The two cases of 17 and 5 tonnes of fuel total mass are considered.
