The System of File Transmission and Management using Voice Verification and the Method thereof

PURPOSE: A system and a method for transmitting and managing a file using the voice certification are provided to effectively manage the file and to strengthen the security for a member computer by making the file downloaded from the member company server be opened and copied by the user passing through the voice certification. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the member company server(10) for generating a voice certification file manger by each member and providing the requested file and a member PC(20) being capable of using the Internet(30) and registered to the member company server. The server comprises a member manager(11), a voice certifier(12), a file manager generator(13), a member request processor(14), a member information storage(15a), a characteristic parameter storage(15b), a file manager storage(15c) ad a file and program storage(15d). The voice certifier confirms the identification of the member managed by the member manager and the characteristic parameter storage stores the characteristic parameter for the voice certification of the member.
