Image sensor for generating a three dimensional image

An image sensor for three dimensions creation capable of applying a mobile terminal, a portable stereo camera and a cubic camcorder is provided to perform the mechanical queue in an XYZ axial direction. A left image sensor(12) generates a left-eye image about an image. A right image sensor(14) is separated with the left sensor image. The right image sensor produces the right eye image about the subject. A driving circuit unit(16) operates the left side image sensor and right image sensor. The left side image sensor, the right image sensor and drive circuit part are formed on one wafer.
