The invention belongs to the field of power supply control, and relates to a PWM energy-saving control device for a rechargeable battery powered compressor. The PWM energy-saving control device is characterized in that a gear control button controls gears circularly, a single-chip determines input voltage of a gear corresponding to a compressor control module according to the preset gear, calculates the duty ratio of the input voltage and outputs the input voltage from a single-chip pin in a PWM mode, then the input voltage is converted into direct current voltage by a low-pass filter and is sent to the compressor control module, and the compressor control module performs pulse width modulation on the compressor according to the direct current voltage from the filter and the voltage of a rechargeable battery and adjusts the output flow of the compressor according to actual needs; when the gear is not changed, the flow of the compressor is stabilized; and when the gear is changed, the flow of the compressor is changed correspondingly. The PWM energy-saving control device adjusts the duty ratio of the compressor in real time, thus the service time of the rechargeable battery is prolonged, the heat generated by the compressor is reduced, the self loss is reduced, and simultaneously the low-pass filter plays a role in stabilizing the voltage.
