The prawns of different qualities are blown to the corresponding receiving slots while passing through the corresponding air injection valves, and the un-blown prawns directly drop to the receiving slot at the tail end of the conveyor belt. The prawn quality detecting-grading device disclosed by the utility model can be used for quickly and accurately detecting and grading the prawns of different qualities and grades by detecting the morphological characteristics and the color characteristics of the prawns.
