The utility model provides a comprehensive test system which is used for testing an airplane cargo hold power drive unit (PDU) and a low-rotating speed and high-torque rotating actuator cylinder. The comprehensive test system comprises a test table bracket, a Magtrol magnetic powder dynamometer machine rotating loader, a MTS (mechanical testing and simulation) hydraulic actuator cylinder vertical loader, a control cabinet and other tool clamps. The system can test two different airplane parts by two output shafts arranged at the front end and the back end of the magnetic powder dynamometer machine. The loading test of the horizontal traction applied to the PDU is performed by the dynamometer machine, and the test of vertical lifting force applied to the PDU is performed by the hydraulic actuator cylinder; and the loading test of the rotating actuator cylinder is performed by the other end output of the dynamometer machine. A control part adopts virtual instrument LabVIEW (laboratory virtual instrument engineering) secondary development software of the American NI (national instruments), can timely display the status and the test parameter of the test table, and is compact in structure, stable in performance, and good in reliability. The system can be used for the units with different types to be tested only by corresponding installing clamps, thereby being convenient to operate.
