다축 기계장비의 물리적 모델링에 의한 동특성 시뮬레이션

We present a dynamic model and simulation results of a 4-axis machine tool in this paper. The dynamic model has been built on Matlab/Simulink and SimMechanics. The simulation model treats the moving table as a 6 degrees-offreedom rigid body and considers the stiffness and damping of motion guide blocks as well as sensor locations. Instead of using equations of motion which are inevitably complicated to deal with multibody dynamics of the 4-axis machine.
