Differential cross sections as a function of transverse momentum are presented for the production at \ensuremath{\sim}90\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{} (in the c.m. system) of ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$, ${K}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$, $p$, and $\overline{p}$ in $p$-nucleus collisions at incident proton energies of 200 and 300 GeV.
