The single-chip microcomputer is connected with the communication unit. The communication unit is wirelessly connected with the background center. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the signal waveform of the leakage current can be obviously improved, so that the judgment on the contamination degree of the insulator is facilitated. The detection accuracy of the system is improved. The system is powered on by the solar energy, so that the long-term stable operation of the system is ensured. The problems that the noise processing precision is low and the error is large for the signals of the leakage current in the prior art can be solved.
