A Highly Stable CMOS Transimpedance Amplifier for Compact Integration

This paper presents a novel transimpedance amplifier. Instead of conventionally used feedback resistor plus operational amplifier, it utilizes the cascode structure to realize high gain (about 1.4GOmega). To stabilize the output voltage, a feedback network is proposed and analyzed. Simulation result is obtained to verify the proposed circuit
