This paper describes and evaluates the experience of the Civil Engineering Department of ISEP to promote academic internships in the Civil Engineering Master course. Special emphasis is given to the creation and promotion of a list of companies of the sector, providing internships for the students. Some advantages of this initiative from the perspective of some of the actors, including the school, students and companies, are highlighted. Finally, the operating performance of the companies' list based on performance indicators obtained from the conducted surveys to supervisors of internships, students and companies are evaluated. The results of this study allowed assessing the success of the companies' list initiative especially in the perspective of the integration of the students into the labor market.
