Quasi‐one dimensional organic conductors: interplay between a magnetic field and the dimensionality

We briefly review some key properties of the quasi‐one dimensional organic conductors. We focus on some puzzling issues of the normal state in particular the problem of dimensional crossover. We show that several features of the normal state are consistent with the Luttinger liquid description. We stress on the competition between the magnetic field and the dimensionality.
