Soft Vertical Handoff Scheme Based on Location Information in Heterogeneous Networks

In this paper a novel seamless Soft Vertical Handoff scheme is proposed which can provide low service disruption time and resolve the ping-pong problem through configuring the new Care of Addresses and authentication in advance.
