Nepaisant kelių mokslininkų pastangų, skirtų kalbų modulumui tirti, vis tiek islieka kalbos specifikos problema. Pateikiamas formalus požiūris į gerai žinomas programavimo kalbas. Pristatomas naujas kalbos specifikos tyrimas, padidinantis modulumą, pritaikymą, o kartu ir mažinantis kūrėjų pastangas sukurti naują kalbą.
